About
Wolk en Draad is Dutch for "cloud and thread". User problems often arrive as fog: vague complaints, mixed signals, low adoption. Research is the thread that leads out of it.
The practice is led by Meghana Gautam, a senior UX researcher with more than six years of experience, based in Amsterdam.
